Trail Running
Its surprising how fast you loose your ability to run if you stop for two weeks. I was doing a lot better at this and now I am back down under 3 miles a run. Although the fact that I cannot keep pace yet is a big factor. Most of winter was spent running on a treadmill, meaning I didn't have to keep pace for myself. Just got to keep reminding myself to keep moving forward and not to give up. I have gotten this far and I know I can go farther if I keep trying.
